Growing a healthy DevOps community inside Salt Project

This presentation was for SaltConf21, a conference hosted by VMware for the Salt Project. To create this presentation, I interviewed several early contributors to the project to identify what secret ingredients made Salt such a successful open source project. I compiled the major themes into this presentation and then presented my vision for how Salt Project could become a hub for DevOps professionals.
